Job description
Our Unit Leads are responsible for linking support design with team performance.
Developing new clients and supporting account expansion; launching projects, initial design and conceptualization; executing proposals and deliveries in collaboration with unit members; and driving trust building and relationship maintenance with clients.
- Track record of proposing solutions before problems arise via project creation
- History of independent business development
- Ability to design a "support model" together with clients
- Leadership and on-site response skills to complete projects as a team
