Arjab (Ari) moved to Japan in 2022 and has since specialized in technology recruitment, working extensively across the SaaS, robotics, and financial services industries. Ari supports professionals from mid-career through executive level, taking a consultative approach to understanding each candidate’s experience, motivations, and long-term goals.
Before entering recruitment, Ari studied Psychology and Philosophy at Soka University of America. As a research student at New Mexico State University, he collaborated with the United States Air Force Academy to investigate human trust in Tesla’s Autopilot system. He also contributed to human-robot interaction research involving Toyota’s T-HR3, a remotely operated humanoid robot with force-feedback capabilities.
This background in psychology, technology, and human behavior continues to shape Ari’s approach to recruitment. He focuses on building trusted relationships and connecting people with opportunities where they can thrive.
Outside of work, Ari enjoys keeping up with emerging technologies, taking road trips with family and friends, traveling, and exploring different cuisines. He is also a proud father of a daughter and a son.
