Job description
Our Consultants are responsible for building trust and delivering results on the front lines of client support.
This position involves acting as a liaison between clients and candidates, providing support from the closest possible position to the field. You will be responsible for everything from organizing job requirements, communicating with candidates, and making recommendations to providing follow-up support after they join the company. Furthermore, you will accumulate insights and feedback gained during the support process as knowledge, contributing to the use of AI and the improvement of proposal quality.
- The ability to consistently prioritize the "quality" and "reproducibility" of recruitment
- The ability to engage in dialogue that draws out the "true feelings" of both client and candidates, rather than simply making recommendations
- Clear communication skills to articulate and share the background behind results
