Taichi Mizuguchi is a Senior Consultant with approximately eight years of experience in the recruitment industry.
He began my career at a major sales firm, where he worked in B2B corporate sales, where he was promoted to sub-leader based on strong performance results. Later, at the invitation of a former supervisor, he leveraged his sales experience to join a startup sales company.
Through business trips across Japan, he experienced the unique warmth and values of each region. This has inspired him to think, “I want to add value to the lives of as many people as possible” and “I want to work in a field where I earn trust and gratitude by helping others.” With this in mind, Taichi made the transition to the recruitment industry despite having no prior experience.
Initially, he worked in recruitment for the healthcare sector, which faces social challenges such as high turnover and labor shortages. In this role, he achieved promotion to team manager. Taichi has been dedicated to driving results by balancing both organizational management and hands-on execution.
Currently, as a Senior Consultant, he leverage the recruitment expertise he has cultivated over the years. With a desire to contribute to the gaming industry—a field he have been familiar with since childhood—he specializes in providing recruitment support specifically for the gaming sector.
