Senior Consultant

Nana began her career managing international programs for students and corporate clients within Japan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs invitation initiatives. She later worked in HR at a private company, handling both new graduate and mid-career hiring, with end-to-end responsibility from planning to interviews.

Since 2021, she has specialized as a recruiter and career advisor in the gaming and entertainment sectors, supporting both companies and candidates. She has consulted for around 60 companies and led recruitment events and outsourcing projects, gaining experience across both strategy design and execution.

Nana joined Johzen K.K. in February 2026, where she supports companies in addressing their hiring challenges. While still supporting her previous focus areas, she has also expanded into web and consulting fields.

Nana has primarily supported career transitions for game creators.

As a talent consultant, she prioritizes understanding each individual’s goals and values, taking a long-term view of their career.

While changing jobs can be a significant opportunity, it often comes with uncertainty. Having experienced a career transition herself, she aims to empathize with those concerns and work together with candidates to find the best path forward.

Her goal is to provide support that leads not only to immediate success but also to a fulfilling, future-oriented career.
