• When disclosing candidate information to employer clients to provide recruitment and job placement services.

• Where it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency, a local government, or a party commissioned by either in executing affairs prescribed by laws and regulations.
• Where the Company deems it necessary to protect against an imminent danger threatening the life, body, or property of the Company, other customers, or a third party.
