We have received tremendous support from Mr. Okano and Mr. Takahashi of Jozen over the long term. All of the people they have introduced to us are core members of our company. Frankly, we would prefer to avoid people who are capable but do not fit our company culture, but they have introduced candidates with our cultural fit in mind, so all of them are people who can contribute to both the scaling of our business and the cultivation of our company culture. Both of them attend our external events every time, and we are deeply grateful that they have a deep understanding of not only our business but also our culture and can appeal to candidates with that understanding.
