Prior to founding Johzen, Daisuke spent ten years in senior leadership at a global recruitment firm, where he was responsible for business strategy, organizational management, sales leadership, and HR system reform. During this time, he also led digital transformation initiatives that improved operational efficiency, strengthened decision-making through data, and supported sustainable organizational growth.
